Error description

  • Description:
    When user tries to login to AA, they get the popup: "Unable to
    complete
    the operation because AccessAgent cannot connect to the IMS
    server.
    Check your computer's network connectivity and try again later.
    If the
    problem persists, contact your Helpdesk."

    Desired Behavior:  AA communicate to IMS
    Environment: AA 8.2.0.3330 IMS 8.2

Problem summary

  • Access Agent started failing to convert XML to DOM on the IMS
    server.
    

Problem conclusion

  • This is fixed in LA Ifix 18 and will be included in the next
    Access Agent Fixpack.
