Error description

• The compiler produces a code generation error when a register
  is used before its defined.
  
  This prevents the compile to finish and results in the
  following error message:
   1500-004: (U) INTERNAL COMPILER ERROR while compiling
  <function_name>.  Compilation ended.  Contact your Service
  Representative and provide the following information: GRARNN:
  gr5987 is used before it is defined. For more information

  xlator_terminate..100 clean_terminate()..112 main..253
  1586-346 (U) An error occurred during code generation.  The
  code generation return code was 1.
