    Steps to reproduce the problem:
    
    
    
    1) Go To > System Configuration > Platform Configuration >
    Domains
    
    
      Select the value PLUSPBILLBATCHST and add a new row
         Internal Value:Billed
         Value: TEST
    2)Go To > Service Provider(SP) > Customers(SP)
         Click on New button
         Customer: CUSTOMERTEST
         Customer currency: USD
         Change the status to ACTIVE
    3)Go To > Service Provider(SP) > Customer Agreement(SP)
         Click on new button
         Start Date:31/12/12
         Customer:CUSTOMERTEST
         Click on Billing Schedule tab
         Clickk on New Row on Billing Schedule Section
         Schedule:TEST
         Period:Month
         First Bill Date: 01/01/13
         (If you check the Next Bill Date is:01/01/13)
    
         Initial Status of Billing Batch: Billed
         Click on Fixed Fees on Billing Schedule Details and add a
    new line
         Type: MANAGMENT
         Line Price: 5.000,00
         Site and Location: The same you are.
         Click on Change status and Approve the agreement
    4)Go To > Service Provider (SP) > Customer Billing(SP)
       Open the record created (via cron), the status is BILLED
    
    5)Back to Customer Agreement(SP) open the CUSTOMERTEST
         The Next Bill Date is recalculate as expected (+1 Month)
    
    6)Go To > Service Provider (SP) > Customer Billing(SP)
       Open the record created (via cron) and change the status of
    BILLED to TEST
    
    
    5)Back to Customer Agreement(SP) open the CUSTOMERTEST
        The Next Bill Date is recalculated(+1 month) again and that
    is WRONG (BUG)
    
    
    
    If change the other Bill Batch to TEST the Next Bill Date will
    be recalculated(+1 Month) again that is WRONG(BUG)
    
    
    The Next Bill Date should be calculate only one time(the First
    time) when the record change to Billed(Does not matter if the
    customer change to any other status).
    
    As the Scenation I mention is a Bug Open APAR,
