  The code, and consequently the documentation are incrrect as the
  "Memory usage report" does not depend on stored data from the

  The "Memory usage report" uses the memoryPoll policy. To enable
  the policy:

Local fix

• Mitigation
  Alter the ncp_memory_usage_report.xml file to point to the
  memoryPoll policy definition:
  the line that reads

  .. so that it reads
  
  <parameter name="p_PollDefinition" valueType="text"
  text="memoryPoll"/>
  
  Note that in 3.9.0.49 the p_Polldefinition text reads
  ciscoMemoryPoll, not Pool.

Problem conclusion

• The tool file
  $PRECISION_HOME/profiles/TIPProfile/etc/tnm/tools/ncp_memory_usa
  ge_report.xml had the wrong policy name. It was updated to use
  memoryPoll that stores data on database.
  
  The following topic in the documentation will be corrected to
  state memoryPoll instead of ciscoMemoryPool as a prerequisite to
  the "Memory usage report":
