  Problem Description: The kulmapper utility does not return more
  than 256 characters for field even though the actual agent does.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  
  Create a file /tmp/test.out with the following content:
  
        -----------------
        a,"%600[^\n]", description
  
        <a line with more than 256 characters>
        -----------------
  
  Run the kulmapper utility as follows:
  
     $CANDLEHOME/bin/kulmapper -h $CANDLEHOME -l /tmp/test.out
  
  Notice that the result for description is truncated at 256
  characters.
  
  Note:
  However, the agent itself can show more than 256 characters.
  Description (Unicode) displays upto 768 characters in the
  portal. This problem affects only the kulmapper utility.
