• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When selecting a radio button in "Manage Servers" panel (this is
  happening on this specific panel) - the radio button is someway
  replaced with a number.

  * USERS AFFECTED: All users of Tivoli Service Automation Manager
  7.2.2.2
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  Problem with radio button in SimpleSRM UI.
  The radio button in server lists of the "manage servers" view
  changes to a textfield that displays the server topology node id
  and cannot be changed back to a radio button.
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:
  1) To fix this kind of issue, install LA fix
  7.2.2.2-TIV-TSAM-LA0019
  2) This fix should ONLY be applied to Tivoli Service Automation
  Manager 7.2.2.2
  3) This fix will update logic in the following files:
  SimpleSRM.war
  4) This fix will affect the following artifacts:
  - filter domain PMZHBT_SWMODULE
  - relationship PLUSPCUSTOMER on object TPSOFTWAREMODULE
  - objectstructure TPV02IMGLIBENTRYSAVE
  
  For permanent resolution apply Tivoli Service Automation Manager
  7.2.4 Fixpack 1 when available.
  

Problem conclusion

• This APAR fix is cumulative and includes all UI fixes from
  1) LA fix 7.2.2.2-TIV-TSAM-LA0019
  
  Remark: The database parts of this fix only need to be applied
  if 7.2.2.2-TIV-TSAM-LA0019, LA17, LA16, LA14, LA10, LA09 or LA08
  have not yet been applied.
  
  The fix for this APAR is contained in the following maintenance
  packages:
