APAR status

Error description

• The issue happens when the CustomAppSensor runs as
  an extension for a standard L3 sensor for the process
  which listens on all IP interfaces (marked as 0.0.0.0).
  In CustomAppServerSensor log we can find:
  
  DEBUG os.OsUtils - Retrieving session IP:0.0.0.0 for requested
  IP:0.0.0.0
  
  The correct IP which should be used is the IP
  used to start discovery.
  
  Using 0.0.0.0 can result in the CustomAppSensor running the
  commands locally on the TADDM server and not the target therefor
  returning incorrect results.
