    Change History Result Error:
    
     Error while accessing the
         url:/cdm/ChangeHistory.do?runReport=true
     Description already called!
    
    STEPS to Reproduce
    
    
      run Data Management Portal
      use 'search' bar in the right top corner to find any CI 'xx'
      select it and then choose  'Change'  --> history changes will
      be seen
    
      Then if  Functions pane, select
       Analytics and Change History, then specify the same CI
      ( like as Inventory Summary\Computer
    Systems\Windows\CCA1IS0004)
      and 'Run Report'
    
    select correct Timeframe (e.g. 12months), then proceed to Run
    Report.
    
    You then will receive
    ----------------------------------------------------------------

    /cdm/ChangeHistory.do?runReport=true
      Description already called!
    ----------------------------------------------------------------
    
    Able to reproduce only with IE (not Firefox) and running the
    steps very
    quickly
