IV36384: 7500 METER GROUP DOES NOT SHOW ON LOCATION UNTIL DESCRIPTION IS UPDATED.

Error description

• The following issue was reported against Maximo 7500.

  1. Create a meter group with 4 meters.
  
  
  2. Create a new location and attach the meter group. Save and go
  to the start center.
  
  3. Go back to the locations application and bring up the
  location created above. Notice that the Meter Group is blank. In
  the description field add something and tab. Notice that the
  meter group is now populated again. In the customer environment
  what ever is added in the description gets removed once the
  meter group populates I am unable to reproduce this part of the
  issue).
