IV36293: STABSTRING ERROR WITH __STRTOLLMAX

• Closed as duplicate of another APAR.

Error description

• The compiler is generating an unnecessary stabstring with
  incorrect syntax for a C array, where the array size is set with
  a static const value.  A function name is appearing where the
  bound value should be:
