Local fix

Problem summary

• IMPORTANT: This APAR hasn't fixed the problem. As documented in
  the Temporary Fix section this APAR has been backed out by
  IV41161.
  Please refer to APAR IV43179 for the final fix.
  IV43179 APAR will be available on the web when it is completed.
