Error description

• ID 48 in IBM Software Inventory "TEM SUA Patch for Security
  Vulnerability CVE-2013-0156" removes the service and reregisters
  it removing the service account.
  
  This causes any SUA 2.0 users that use this Fixlet to have the
  service account for the Tivoli Endpoint Manager Analytics
  changed back to Local System and requires the user to set the
  service account back to a user with database access.

  service to a user with database access.
