Local fix

Problem summary

• The problem occurred because dup2() fails to duplicate the file
  descriptor on zOS, when the associated channel is busy in poll
  operation.
  

Problem conclusion

• This defect will be fixed in:
  6.0.0 SR13
  6.0.1 SR5
  .
  The JDK has been updated to notify the polling thread on a
  channel close request so that corresponding file descriptor to
  that channel can be duplicated.
