Error description

• There's a mismatch between status displayed in Operations
  Console and the status displayed by lssam for a concurrent
  resource.
  The Resource shows compound state "error" in Operations console
  although the state is desired and observed online (on tsamp
  side).

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  * Concurrent resources might show a mismatch between the status
  * displayed in the Operations Console and the status displayed
  * by command lssam. While the resource is Online, and should be
  * Online, the Operations Console shows an 'Error' because the
  * CompoundState of the resource is set to error, which is wrong.
  * The root cause for this behavior is an incorrect handling of
  * concurrent resources.

Problem conclusion

• The internal handling of concurrent resources has been adjusted
  to correct the issue. Now the CompoundState of a concurrent
  resource will be OK in case the resource is working as expected.
