  3 different systems are reporting a default PVU value
   - HP Proliant DL360p GEN8 with an Intel E5-2603 CPU
   - IBM HS12 (802845U) Blade with an Intel x3353 CPU
   - HP Compaq 6200 Pro SFF PC class system

Problem summary

  USERS AFFECTED: users running hardware scan on machines with
  XEON processors
  ***************************************************************
  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: CIT hardware scan doesn't recognize
  properly type for some XEON processors. It returns the frequency
  instead of type. Consequently, LMT returns incorrect PVU
  ***************************************************************
  RECOMMENDATION: update to CIT version containing the fix (see
  CONCLUSION)
  ***************************************************************
  

Problem conclusion

• CIT hardware scan returns the proper value for the processor
  type attribute after the fix.
