Local fix

• -Xjit:disableGlobalVP
      As with any option that disables an optimization, this can
  cause the jit compiler to generate slower code.
  

Problem summary

• The jit compiler's Global Value Propagation optimization was
  made more aggressive in an attempt to improve the performance of
  the generated code, but the changes made were not correct in all
  cases.
  

Problem conclusion

• This defect will be fixed in:
  7.0.0 SR4
  6.0.1 SR5
  .
  The new Global Value Propagation logic was disabled, thereby
  restoring the jit compiler's older, correct behaviour.
