If you enter 100 square-meters in an area field where the underlying UOM is set to meters, the conversion to square-feet displays 1076.43 but it should be 1076.39

No known workaround.
Problem summary
The value for Area(Imperial) field on Space Measurements section of Space record is now populated correctly. The conversion value in "Area - square-meters" UOM_Value record has been corrected to "10.763910417" to fix this issue.
