Error description

  • PROBLEM:
    
    After VC scan of new cluster TSAM has started selecting the
    first ip in the subnet even if it is in use.  so far it has
    selected the first 9 ips in the subnet (all in use) and then
    added them to the blocked list.  This is the first scan after
    the fix for 76356,442 was implemented.
    
    Steps to reproduce:
    Submit new provisionign request after applying TPM
    7.2.1.0.0-TPM-0003LA.tar fix.
    
    Current Erroneous Results:  First ip in the subnet is selected
    even if it is in use.
    
    Expected result:  IP not currently being used should be selected
    for provisioning.
