In Windows OS Agent doesn't fire a situation on Logical Disk that use the field NT_Logical_Disk.Disk_Name where this field is a Logical Disk that is replaced with the equivalent letter. The failing condition is, for example, NT_Logical_Disk.Disk_Name == "C:". After the agent has retrieved the correct letter for a logical disk, as in the message: "Found drive letter C: for the logical disk: [HarddiskVolume1]" it is not able to pass correctly this value to the TEMA for situation evaluation. Environment: Monitoring Agent for Widnows OS 6.22fp9 Detailed Recreation Procedure: To recreate the problem set a situation with the condition NT_Logical_Disk.Disk_Name == "C:" where C: corresponds to a HarddiskVolume* Related Files and Output: The above messages are visible with the trace settings: ERROR (UNIT:knt06 ALL) (UNIT:kdsxo ALL) Approver: FS
Problem Description: In Windows OS Agent doesn't fire a situation on Logical Disk with the field Disk_Name. Problem/Problem Summary: In Windows OS Agent doesn't fire a situation on Logical Disk that use the field NT_Logical_Disk.Disk_Name where this field is a Logical Disk that is replaced with the equivalent letter. Fix/Problem Conclusion: The code was modified to let the situation works.
