Error description
Problem: ISAM ESSO v8.2-EPIC Hyperspace Crashes when a second user tries to login when accessagent is logged off Environment: 8.2 EPIC Hyperspace with ESSO Impact: This is not a production system, but the pilot project(for a hospital) that was supposed to be ready by Nov 19th. Hence the urgency. Steps leading to the problem: Hyperspace Ending 1) User1 logins in 2) Taps to secure 3) May have to repeat steps 1 and 2 a few times, or not 4) Blank desktop (citrix connection active but no hyperspace) must reboot There are custom scripts specific to PHS developed by IBM Dev team, and may need IBM Dev Team's assistance. Expected behavior: EPIC should not crash

Problem conclusion
This will be fixed in LA Ifix 18 and future Access Agent Fixpacks.
