Error description
WebSphere MQ queue manager ends. FDC is created with Probe ID ZT160001 reporting "Timed-out waiting for process manager to start". The FDC indicates an attempted restart of the utility manager process during endmqm fails. Problem summary
**************************************************************** USERS AFFECTED: Users may encounter this issue during endmqm if the queue manager process manager had previously ended due to some issue with the process manager (which would normally itself be reported via one or more FDCs). The probe ZT160001 FDC can be ignored. Platforms affected: All Distributed (iSeries, all Unix and Windows) **************************************************************** PROBLEM SUMMARY: The endmqm process was attempting to restart the process manager if connection could not be established with it. The restart attempt could fail, leading to the probe ZT160001 FDC.
Problem conclusion
