• Implement the -pr (--preprocess) and -ps (--postprocess) command
   line parameter options for the PDCollect Serviceability Tool.

  -nopd|--nopdcollect
     This option is used to avoid pdcollect script execution.
     Only -preprocess and -postprocess are executed if specified.
  
     -pr|--preprocess
     command to execute before pdcollect starts data collection
  
  -ps|--postprocess
     command to execute before pdcollect bundles data files
  collected
  
  -mg|--mustgather
     specifies a file path containing collection preferences,
     preprocess and postprocess commands
     mustgather file must respect the following syntax:
     --preprocess

     PARAMETER_VALUE
