BES Computer Remover Tool currently does not work appropriately with DSA environments and can cause inconsistencies between relays.dat files which in turn generates repeated actionsite propagations.

Problem summary
The TEM Computer Remover tool has been updated to not touch ReportNumber, so that it should now be compatible with DSA.
