Error description

• Optional support is added for an implicit xa_end on an
  xa_prepare. This can be used in specific xa client application
  designs to eliminate the window where a connection can be broken
  between an xa_end and an xa_prepare.

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  xa transactions that are ended but not prepared remain on the
  queue manager until they are automatically rolled back.
  

Problem conclusion

• In specific xa client application designs the implicit xa_end
  support can be used to prevent xa transactions from being ended
  but not prepared.
