Error description
Title: A problem is to login to AccesAgent Machine from Citrix Client. Problem Description: a problem is to login to AccesAgent Machine from Citrix Client. But when the AccessAgent is offline, the customer can not login to Windows. the EnNEtworkProvider to login. 1)The user will login to AccessAgent from Citrix Client, ->User could login to Windows and AA. Then logout 2)The user login with same way again, then Stop IMS server and -> AA will be "login with offline" Then logout 3)The user will login to AccessAgent from Citrix Client, ->User could NOT login to Windows and AA, Then keep on connecting to AccessAgent from Citrix Client 4)The user goes to AccessAgent machine to check if user can login locally. ->User could login to Windows and AA 5)The user will login to AccessAgent from Citrix Client after user logins locally ->User could login to Windows and AA 6)But after user logouts from 5) and login again from Citrix, it will fail until the user login locally, just like step 1) . The user tried several logins in different conditions With the IMS server is started Customer Recreate: yes L2 Support Recreate: n/a Desired Behavior: Able to login to the IMS server correctly in Citrix environment. Steps Duplicate: 1)The customer will login to AccessAgent from Citrix Client, then logout 2)The customer login with same way again, then Stop IMS server, then logout 3)The customer will login to AccessAgent from Citrix Client, keep the transmission 4)The customer goes to AccessAgent machine to check if he can login locally. 5)The customer will login to AccessAgent from Citrix Client again, then logout 6)The customer will login to AccessAgent from Citrix Client Environment: access, agent8.1, fp4, on, windows2008, with, citrix, xenapp5.0 critsit Solution: 1.Users logon to Windows 2008 desktop 2.Windows 2008 copies roaming user profile from user profile server. (User profile data were moved to user profile server on separate box when users logoff.) 3.AccessAgent(maybe AATray.exe) tries to create following folder. C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SystemCertificates eg. C:\Users\777023\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SystemCertificates

Problem summary
Automatic logon to the remote AccessAgent in a terminal server environment fails when a roaming profile is not available at the time of the AccessAgent login.
Problem conclusion
The problem has been resolved in an AccessAgent iFix available on request from support. AccessAgent 8.1.0.0192
