  Problem Description:
  On AIX system, when displaying the ERRLOG entries in TEP
  user interfaces, the ITM Unix Log Agent can hang.
  In particular if many refresh on the workspace are
  performed.
  
  This problem can be evidenced from the procstack output
  which will show kulagent hang in RAS1 funtions called
  from createChildForReport()., as in the following example:
