Error description
The issue is in the migration of exisiting discovery configurations that contains selected signatures from IF1 -> IF2 -> IF3. the CitScannerAgent_MigrateDCM_7_2_1_0_IF00003 workflow will fail.
Local fix
you can remove the signatures from the failing discovery and then restart the tpm engine which will restart the __master_tcdriver_update workflow and it should run to completion.
