Creating a Facility Project from a request, where the Project includes tasks to create from template. Tasks route based on Request class, rather than template class.

Problem summary
Fixed this issue by adding a new workflow inorder to map the request class from work task template to work task record. If the request class value does not exist in the template, then it will populated from request's request class.
