• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Customer upgraded TU/TO to 7.3 FP1 and received topology
  incomplete: check topology properties workspace message
  The collector workspace shows timestamp is 6/16/24.  After
  clearing todata dir and restarting tu/to.  There is no topology
  view and TU workspace shows timestamp of 9/11/71

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: No data are appearing in the Transaction
  * Collector and Reporter because the Transaction Collector agent

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply fix pack 2 when available.
  ****************************************************************
