The icf_chat.exp when executed on the command line shows an error that failed with this sub-command and then exits because of it. batchscp.exp: Debug: Spawning scp process : scp -S ssh -rq -o StrictHostKeyChecking=no /appdata/dcFiles/concatenatedOM/RnUserContention*20 12-1204_1800-1830.dat /u01/apps/WatchMark/FlexDA/.../sw/rnc/<market>_ems batchscp.exp: Debug: 'No such file or directory' received for RnUserContention*2012-1204_1800-1830.dat On the EMS, there could be no RnUserContention template data files for a market. This is why the DA is failing at the bottom of the hour.

The script RNCOMDIST_CONCAT.EXP aborts the collection from the EMS if the RnUserContention template is not on the EMS but is listed on the EMSFILELIST. The customer did not what to have different configurations for different markets.
The solution was to perform two separate collections. The RnUserContention collection was broken out as a stand alone collection depending on whether it was in the EMSFILELIST and did not abort when it could not be found and just provided and ERROR message in the logs.
