Error description

• From End-user: It does give me the Total Traffic CEs available
  minus
  the overhead. But I have found on some sites there is a
  difference
  interms of the Total CEs available for traffic as seen below.

  customer is
  referring to.)

Problem summary

• PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  For cells that are using Control Load Sharing Configuration and
  reports being run at the SubCell level, Prospect will report the
  minimum, and not the actual number of CEs on the SubCell. If
  these values are accumulated in a Cell level report, this
  inaccuracy is further aggravated.
  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  Inaccurate report values for cells using Control Load Sharing
  Configuration and reports being run at the SubCell level.
  RESOLUTION:
  
  Release Note documentation is updated to highlight this issue.
  Resolution is to create and run reports at a Cell level rather
  than at the SubCell level.
  
  CONCLUSION:
  This is projected to be fixed in R40.1. Note that this is
  subject to change at the discretion of IBM.
