Error description
Whenever double click the KQI values showing in red, the TNSQM thick client crashes with an error message "class.java.NullPointerExeption"
Local fix
Workaround provided:- +> Check the following a) Are Business Objects used by this install? b) Is 'Default Report' action is configured in Actions/Monitor Preferences/SLA If answer is 'no Business objects installed' and Default Simple Model Action = Default Report, then it has to be replaced in preferences to 'Model Overview'
