Error description

• Maximo 7503 ( tested on Clients Env. in house)
  
  Steps to Replicate:
  
  1. Go to Chart Of Accounts(ORGANIZATIONS KALAMAZOO)
  
  2. Select Action > Financial Periods.
  
  3.  Period- From 11/1/12 - 12/01/12 with Accounting Close Date
      12/05/12
      Next Period: From 12/01/12 - 1/1/13 with Accounting Close
      Date 1/5/13
  
  4. Create a new PO with a Service Line Qty -50 and APPR
     (P12-102806)
  
  5. Create a Invoice (I12-109377), fill in all required Fields
     and Enter the PONUM Created Above
  
  6. Go to Invoice Line Tab and Select "COPY PO Lines"
  
  7. Change the Quantity to 1 and Save
  
  8. Try to Approve the invoice.
  
  "BMXAA1196W - The financial period for the specified date is
  closed.
  The next open financial period will be used. Do you wish to
  continue?".
  If you hit OK, Maximo starts thinking but then just keeps
  showing this
  message again. It doesn't update the Invoice to use the next
  financial
  period.
