IV32822: WEB REPORTS 'COMPUTER->SUBSCRIBED SITES' FILTER CONDITION DOES NOT WORK WITH SPECIAL CHARACTERS.

Error description

• Environment:
  TEM and Web Reports v8.2.1175 managing 2124 computers.
  
  
  There seems to be an issue with the reports filter and filtering
  by Subscribed Sites.  There are two custom sites "IKO EU Site"
  and "IKO NA Site".
  
  Customer would like to be able to filter the reports by these
  sites.  E.g. Show only the computers that are registered in the
  "IKO NA Site".
  
  In the Filter section, select "Site" and then "is" and then
  select "IKO NA Site" from the lists.  The results show all the
  computers (2124) in the environment.  It seems that the filter
  condition is total ignored. (Filter1.jpg attached)
  
  Another situation for filter of "Computer" "Subscribed Sites"
  "contains" "IKO_NA_Site" and then NO computers are returned.
