APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Customer has 2 adapter loading data to KPI_SQM_UMTS_VOICE_UTRAN
  table. They are:
  
  sqm_umts_voice_utran_alu_loader
  sqm_umts_voice_utran_nsn_loader
  
  The problem is if sqm_umts_voice_utran_alu_loader loaded data
  first to KPI_SQM_UMTS_VOICE_UTRAN, and then
  sqm_umts_voice_utran_nsn_loader runs, it will remove data
  belonging to sqm_umts_voice_utran_alu_loader that was loaded
  earlier for the same duration.

Problem summary

• When multiple instances of the sqm_umts_voice_utran_loader are
  deployed, in backfill mode when an instance reloads KPI data for
  a batch, it deletes not only any rows this specific instance had
  loaded for the time period but all rows loaded for the same
  period by any other instances as well.
  

Problem conclusion

• A fix will be contained in
