APAR status

Error description

  • If a password is used with pdocfg which contains the '$'
    character the config will fail with the following message,
    
    AOSCF0021E   The configuration process did not complete
    successfully.
    
    The /var/pdos/log/msg__pdoscfg.log log will contain,
    
    ---------- output of command ----------
    HPDIA0200W   Authentication failed. You have used an invalid
    user name, password or client certificate.
    SSL configuration failed.

  • Use a password that does not contain '$'.
