  Issue Building CM Build Position in Build Position Master(CM)
  User u504693(or even Maxadmin user) cannot build a new CM Build
  Position
  in Build Position
  Master(CM)
  e.g.
  Family: BR700
  Label: 711402-913040-01-001
  
  Additional comment from the client:
   We have received the following update from Rolls-Royce. Could
  you
  please update the case with it, " The value 711401-913040-01-001
  doesn't
  exist in the could-build for any series/model, so the check
  fails and
  you are then unable to proceed to associate CM Items and Zones.
  In
  principle I don't necessarily see anything wrong with this, but
  I would
  have expected that checking the Phantom Position checkbox would
  then let
  you use a label that was not in the could-build for the
  specified series
  otherwise how can Phanton positions be used? summary, I think
  there is a
  coding/logic flaw in the Maximo-SDM GUI and IBM should be asked
  to look
  at it. (Clarification already provided, but may not have made it
  to
  IBM)
