IV32001: MS12-034 (FIXLET IDS 1203403 AND 1203404 )FOR WPOS IS MISSING RELEVANCE

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Please take a look at Fixlets 1203403 and 1203404 in the
  "Windows Point of
  Sale" site.  Both of these are for MS12-034 for WPOS.  Neither
  of these fixlets
  check for any relevance of what specific conditions (version of
  files) require
  the need for this patch.  It is only checking if the patch is
  installed or not,
  and the corrupt version of the patch only checks if the patch is
  installed.
  The same fixlets (MS12-034) in the ?Patches for Windows
  (English)? appear
  to be fine and has the relevance looking at gdiplus.dll.  So it
  appears that
  onlt the WPOS site is missing that relevance for both of the
  mentioned fixlets.
  
  I also noticed that in Bug 49633 there were some changes made
  for relevance
  back in May of 2012.  But I did not see where this issue was
  addressed for the
  above two patches.
  
  In Bugzilla ticket  53329, you had asked the customer to do the
  following:

  relevance to cover both situations. Please let customer give it
