IV31685: AUDIT EVENT REPORT DOES NOT SHOWS CORRECT TIMESTAMP FOR THE REQUESTS THAT WERE EXECUTED BEFORE DST

Error description

• Audit Event report does not shows correct timestamp for the
  requests that were executed before DST
  
  
  Problem Description:
  
  If any of the request was submitted before DST(Daylight Savings
  Time)
  and audit event report is generated after the DST then report
  shows
  incorrect request submitted time.
  Consider the following example for CST(GMT-6) timezone.
  Suppose request was submitted before November 4 (before Daylight
  Savings
  Time or DST) where View requests showed the date/time for Date
  Submitted
  as November 2, 2012 10:17:36 AM for User Data Change and
  11/2/2012 10:17
  AM in the audit event report. After November 4(DST), View
  request shows
  correct date/time but audit event report(generated after DST)
  shows date
  submitted as 11/2/2012 9:17.
  
  Steps To Recreate:
  1. Set operating system(where ITIM is deployed) timezone to
  CST(GMT-6)
  and set operating system date to November 2, 2012.
  2. Modify any person and note down the request submitted date
  and time.
  3. Generate audit event report and observe the request submitted
  date
  and time for the above request.
  4. Change operating system date to November 6, 2012.
  5. View the request submitted date and time of the above
  request. It is
  displayed correctly.
  6. Again generate audit event report and observe the request
  submitted
  date and time for the above request.
  
  In the audit event report generated in step 2, you will observe
  the 1
  hour less time than the time displayed in the View Request or
  Previous
  Report(generated in step 3)
  
  Expected Behavior:
  Audit event report should not convert the date and time as per
  the DST
  offset. Report should show correct date and time values as
  observed on
  View Requests page.
  
  Environment: TIM 5.1.0.12 IF0042, Windows.
