  ABSTRACT:
  Cannot start WebStart client after switching back to internal
  web server.
  
  
  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  Followed directions to revert back to internal web server for
  TEPS, and reconfigure clients to use the internal web server,
  but the WebStart client will not start.
  
  
  RECREATE INSTRUCTIONS:
  Follow the instructions from page 404 of the ITM Tivoli 6.2.3
  FP1 Installation and Setup Guide in the section called:
  "Reverting from the IBM HTTP Server to the Internal Web Server"
  
  Under the "Web Start client" it needs a step number 3 as
  follows:
  3. Find the <resources> section and add this line directly under
  the
  last "<property name ...> line within the <resources> section.
      <property name="cnp.http.useIHS" value="false"/>
  
  The current steps number 3 and 4 should remain the same, just
  renumber
  them 4 and 5.
  
  
  LOCAL FIX:
  Add the following property to the the <resources>
  section of the tep.jnlpt file and reconfigure the TEPS:
