IV31601: ALCATEL 5620 CORBA PROBE : INACTIVITY PROPERTY TO FORCE PROBE SHUTDOWN AFTER EVENT SILENCE

Error description

• It was discovered that even though the probe was able to ping
  the CORBA interface that the EMS had placed the probes
  connection into a state where no events could be received.
  
  IBM L3 requested an enhancement to allow this type of event
  inactivity to be catered for using a new property to define how
  long the probe remained connected to the EMS whilst no events
  had been received.
  

Local fix

• Restart probe via an inactivity trigger in the object server
  using process control
