Error description
Customer says the following: 1 - login to Web UI using tipadmin 2 - Under "User and Groups" - > Manage Users -> Click button which says "Create User" - and cutomer created a user test1 3 then customer went in "Settings"->Portlets and I tried to edit a portlet (actually try to edit any) and customer got blank screen. t)
