IV31422: TRANSACTION COLLECTOR PORT 5455 BECOMES UNRESPONSIVE ON ECONNABORTED

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The Transaction Collector (TU) is running on port 5455.
  
  Use nmap to test this port, using the following command:
  
  nmap -n -sT $ipaddress --host_timeout=$nmapHostTimeout -P0 -p
  T:$port"
  
  There is one transaction collector that will become unresponsive
  on port 5455 even though the port is shown as listening in
  "netstat -an".
  
  The connection is aborted before the TU agent is able to accept
  the connection and the TU agent refuse to accept any more new
  connections after this.
