  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  When WSRR startups up there are two attempts to create a
  UserSessionStorageCleanUp scheduled task. Since WSRR V7.0.0.5
  WSRR no longer allows multiple scheduled tasks to be created
  with the same name. As a result of this the second attempt to
  create the task fails and causes and Exception message to output
  to the SystemOut.log.
  
  While this causes no problems WSRR should not emit an
  exception to the logs on startup.
  

Problem conclusion

• WSRR was changed to prevent the second attempt to create the
  UserSessionStorageCleanUp task.
  
  This fix is targeted for WSRR V7.0.0.6.
