  When users run wlcftap command manually, the command also fails.
  But wlcftap with arguments(-a, -B, -d, -k, -P, -r) works
  without errors. wlcftap with no arguments(printing version
  information from the currently running TivoliAP.dll) just fails.
  

Local fix

• wlcftap-W32.exe works on 64bit Windows.
  Users can wlcftap-W32.exe instead of wlcftap-AMD64.exe
  temporarily.

Problem conclusion

• If this error occurs, Task, wep, wadminep will work fine.
  
  The fix for this problem will be included in the next GA interim
  fix.
  

Temporary fix

• wlcftap-W32.exe works on 64bit Windows.
  Users can wlcftap-W32.exe instead of wlcftap-AMD64.exe
  temporarily.
