Error description

• The custom BOD commands that leverage the Commerce BOD command
  framework cannot be customized for a store with a non-zero store
  ID.

  For example, a BOD command can be created or extended by
  inserting the following row into the command registry:
  insert into cmdreg (storeent_id, interfacename, classname,
  target)  values (<storeentd_id>,
  'com.ibm.commerce.catalog.facade.server.commands.InsertMoreCatal
  ogEntryDataCmd+IBM_Admin_Details.0',
  'com.ibm.commerce.foundation.server.command.bod.bom.InsertMoreNo
  unChangeControlMetaDataCmdImpl', 'Local');
  
  Without this APAR, this store specific command will be ignored.
  Only a BOD command of storeent_id 0 can be used.

Local fix

Problem summary

• USERS AFFECTED:
  Developers of WebSphere Commerce cannot extend BOD commands with
  different store ID other than 0. Any custom BOD command in
  CMDREG being assigned with non-zero store ID will not be
  invoked.
  
  PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
  A store specific BOD command that leverages the Commerce BOD
  command framework cannot be invoked.
  
  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  BOD commands defined by default cannot be customized.
  
  RECOMMENDATION:
  Apply this APAR in order to allow customization of BOD commands
  that leverage the BOD command framework (typically for web
  services related business logic).
  

Problem conclusion

• The WebSphere Commerce runtime framework is enhanced to respect
  the storeId when the runtime framework looks up a BOD command to
  run.
  To get this capability, apply this APAR to allow the BOD command
  to be customized for a store.
