Error description

• This new functionality serves as a following to IV30619 where we
  allow the user to disable the registration of parent views in
  the Network View Tree. When a user disables the registration of
  the parent views, the filtering of the events per view in the
  AEL launched from the Network View Tree gets also disabled.
  
  With this functionality we address the problem by registering
  the parent views whenever a user clicks-on/opens them
  (on-demand). Furthermore, in the Health View, we have linked the
  views with the AEL - when a user clicks on a view in Health
  View, the AEL underneath will show all events related to the
  devices participating in this view.
