Error description
Within Real Estate Lease, Amortized amounts are not calculated correctly. Open defect in EP. 3.2.1.2. Create an asset lease, schedule quarterly payments, update assumptions and the amortization values all show zeros. No amortization schedule values are being calculated for quarterly payment schedules.

Problem summary
The Amoritization values and summary shows up correctly when a quarterly payment schedule is defined along with regular payment schedules. Earlier, the Advanced schedules were not handled correctly and hence the amortization values shows up incorrectly. Note that for advanced schedule, only Monthly, Yearly type of schedule is supported for now.
