Error description
Installing TAD4d agents via TCM will leave "yes" process command running even after the agent is installed successfully.. The "yes" process command has to be killed manually otherwise it will take up the CPU. This appears to happen only on Solaris servers
Local fix
workaround is to kill the process manually..
