Problem summary

  USERS AFFECTED:
  All uses of WebSphere Service Registry and Repository Studio
  up to version 8.0.0.1.
  
  ****************************************************************
  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  Users who have installed WSRR Studio on a non-natively
  English-language configured operating system will be unable to
  create a Configuration Profile Project if the name provided
  for that project contains extended unicode characters.
  

Problem conclusion

• Studio was using incorrect input stream readers and writers
  for accessing the profile.xml file for Configuration Profile
  Projects. These readers and writers were not properly respecting
  the specified locale, and were defaulting to use the system
  locale instead, which was causing problems. Studio has now
  been fixed to always use a UTF-8 encoding when reading from
  and writing to the profile.xml file.
  
  This fix is targeted for inclusion in WSRR Studio v8. fix pack
  2.
